Refunds and Returns Policy
Rockwell GPS Tracking provides their services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at RockwellGPSTracking.com, you accept these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Sale prices shown on Rockwell GPS Tracking.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Rockwell GPS Tracking is unable to accept international credit cards as payment for orders. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.
We accept all major credit cards including: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. In all cases, the product might not be shipped until the funds have cleared in Rockwell GPS Tracking's Bank Account.
Credit Card Orders
Rockwell GPS Tracking reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information. For your protection, credit card orders may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.
Please be aware that once we receive credit card authorization, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days depending on the bank (please check the policy of your lending institution). If you are paying with a debit card, make sure your are aware of the limitations on daily withdrawals (if any) of your card; this is your responsibility, not ours.
Depending on the product and the circumstances of the sale, we reserve the right to bill it prior to shipment (i.e. an expiring credit card). Once your card has been charged, you will receive an invoice for your order. This invoice should not be confused with the order receipt or order acceptance acknowledgment â€" these are automatic and are sent by our system prior to invoicing.
Signature Required
All Rockwell GPS Tracking orders are shipped "Signature Required." If you cannot be at the shipping location to sign for your package, please contact UPS (800-PICK-UPS) directly with your tracking number to request that the carrier hold the item at your local facility and you can go to pick up your package at your earliest convenience. Rockwell GPS Tracking is not responsible for any item returned due to no signer, lack of claim, collection, receipt, payment or any other reason there too.
Pricing and Availability Policy
Since all of our suppliers reserve their right to alter their prices, our pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information listed. However, Rockwell GPS Tracking.com does not assume any responsibility for any errors contained therein nor from orders arising from those errors. We reserve the right to cancel any orders received without having to assign a reason to do so.
Our prices change from time to time due to supply, demand, specials and other uncontrollable factors. Rockwell GPS Tracking does not offer price protection. If you place an order and the price is lowered on our website at a later date, we are not obligated to refund the difference.
Please understand that the receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order; it confirms that our system has received your order. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
We reserve the right to correct any rare pricing errors or other errors on our Web site, to limit the order quantity for any item, and to refuse service to any customer.
Unjustified Credit Card Chargebacks
A chargeback is when a customer disputes a charge made on his or her card. If the cardholder did not authorize the purchase, we will work with you to ensure the situation is resolved to your satisfaction.
Please read and acknowledge our cancellation, return, replacement, order acceptance, and payment policies prior to placing an order. Our system does not allow our customers to place an order until they have complied with this request. We do this to confirm that both parties understand the expectations in entering a business agreement. If, after reviewing our policies, you place your order, you are consenting to abide by our policies. We make every attempt to be fair and reasonable in our interactions.
In accordance with this, we will charge a $75 penalty fee for every unjustified credit card chargeback against our company and products. We may also report all unjustified chargebacks to ChargeBackProtection.org, thereby banning you from placing orders with any business that uses ChargeBackProtection.org.
Examples of unjustified chargebacks are: a customer issues an unjustified complaint, a customer starts an unwarranted dispute with his credit card company, a customer refuses to pay, a customer ships the product without going through the RMA process and starts a dispute, a customer disregards our return policy and etc.
Cancellations
We make our best effort to ship your order as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, you must contact us by phone or e-mail within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been packed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Cancellations cost us time and processing expenses, therefore we have a $20 cancellation fee to cover the time and fees we incurred. If your product has shipped and you refuse delivery, you will be held responsible for the cost of shipping in both directions in addition to the cancellation fee. To cancel monthly service fees on GPS tracking service, we must have the request in by the 20th of the month in writing or email to avoid being charged again on the 25th of the month for the following month.
Returns
Rockwell GPS Tracking considers any item returned to our warehouse a return. This includes unclaimed packages that were shipped to buyer and returned due to no signer, or any other reason. Rockwell GPS Tracking is not responsible for any shipper error. You may return most items within 20 days of the order date If you initiate the RMA process within 5 days of delivery. After 5 days, if we have not received an RMA request, all sales are final.
All returns must have an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number
To request an RMA# please contact Rockwell GPS Tracking. This number will determine where we ask you to ship the product - returns are usually sent directly to one of our warehouses, not our company headquarters.
After your request is processed (2-3 days) we will reply with instructions. Products returned without an RMA# may get lost in the process, thereby inhibiting us from crediting your return. Please follow the simple instructions so we can process your return quickly and effectively.
To request a return, contact Rockwell GPS Tracking for an RMA# within 5 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap). We must receive your item back within 20 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 5 - 10 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return. Merchandise returned with missing items is not eligible for a refund.
For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of $20 per-item or 20% - 25% of the total order cost (instead of the $20 per-item fee) For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using PayPal, or check, the refund will be applied to your account as an in-store credit.
Non-Defective Returns: AFTER you are given an RMA#, you may return most non-defective, unused items for a refund of the product cost less a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
Defective Returns: You may return defective items to us within 30 days for a replacement. After 30 days, the Manufacturer’s Warranty will apply and we will help you contact them if you have any issues. If the item shows signs of misuse, it will not be accepted for return. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, WILL BE SUBJECT to a 25% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order. Please read the manual.

Credit Card Fraud Protection
Rockwell GPS Tracking employs various Credit Card Fraud Prevention Services, provided by our Online Merchant Processor, in order to insure purchases made from Rockwell GPS Tracking are not fraudulent. When you transmit credit card information to complete a purchase or verify data, we always transmit that credit card number in an encrypted format (SSL) to prevent unauthorized transactions.
Federal Law states that your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of any fraudulent charge. In the event of an unauthorized use of your credit card, you must report this problem immediately to your credit card provider in accordance with its terms of use.
